Dr. Hardia has devoted more than 35 years in the medical profession. It was the outcome of his intensive efforts and struggle between (1995-1999), that in the state of M.P., first of all Paramedical studies got started in his Institute itself with the help of Madhya Pradesh Government. And after those efforts only, MP Government constituted Paramedical Council for Paramedical education throughout the state and Universities. He started first multispeciality Hospital named Devi Ahilya Hospital, Indore in 2003, which was inaugurated by the then Hon’ble Chief Minister of Madhya Pradesh Digvijay Singh, along with Four Members of Parliament Ambika Soni, Radhakishan Malviya, Shamsher Singh Dullo and Usha Ben Thakkar. Dr. Vijay Lakshmi (Former, Member, Rajya Sabha) and Medical Education Minister of Madhya Pradesh Government were also present during the inauguration. And the second multispeciality hospital named Hardia Hospital, Indore was opened in 2013.
He was also a renowned educationist prior to his Doctor of Medicine in Electro Homeopathy from Rama Electro Homeopathy Medical College, Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh. Dr. Ajay Hardia has worked with various renowned medical experts throughout the world and dedicated his life in promoting Electro Homoeopathy among the budding Doctors, medical students, patients and their families. Dr. Ajay Hardia is one of the prominent speaker on cancer subject and has regularly been invited on mainstream media platforms on special occasions of World Health Day & World Cancer Day.

On 27th December 2021, Hon’ble Union Health Minister Dr. Mansukh Mandaviya awarded Dr. Ajay Hardia for his outstanding contribution in Electro Homeopathy & medical world. In the January 2022, Dr. Ajay Hardia featured in the Iconic Shakti among influential Founders list.

He was awarded with ‘Udaan Dare to Dream Award’ for outstanding achievements and realizing his dreams against all the difficult conditions on the land of Madhya Pradesh by famous film Actor Annu Kapoor at Zee Group of News television Channel in 2022. On 31st July 2021, Dr. Hardia was honored with the ‘Ahilya Gaurav Samman’ by the Minister of Water Resources, Madhya Pradesh Shri Tulsiram Silavat in Bhopal. Dr. Ajay Hardia awarded for the discovery of a wonderful drug in the treatment of cancer in medical world by Home Minister of Madhya Pradesh Dr. Narottam Mishra. Dr. Ajay Hardia was also honored by Medical Education Minister of Madhya Pradesh Vishwas Sarang and Minister of State for Urban Development and Housing Madhya Pradesh OPS Bhadauria in 2021 for his outstanding contribution in the medical field.

Dr. Ajay Hardia also got a place in Forbes India’s December 2021 edition, the magazine named Dr. Ajay Hardia as India’s Most Famous Cancer Specialist on page 81 of the 24 December 2021 edition of Forbes India magazine. Dr. Hardia also awarded for his excellent contribution in medical world by Former Union Minister of State for Tourism and Cultural Shri Prahlad Singh Patel in 2021 at Minto Hall, Bhopal. Dr. Hardia was also honored on the stage of News18 India by the country’s well-known actor Shailesh Lodha for bringing a new revolution in the treatment of cancer disease through electro homeopathy.

Mrs. Manisha Sharma is the Chief Executive Officer of Devi Ahilya Hospital and Research Centre, Indore. She has done BSc. from Jiwaji University and MBA from Nagpur University.
As far as her journey in the healthcare services is concerned, she joined Devi Ahilya Hospital and Research Centre in the year 2003. Since then, she has strictly maintained all the parameters which she not only ensures overall stability of the organization through efficient strategy and planning but also quality of healthcare and all round satisfaction of the patients. As patients also mention in their feedback review, she handles every aspect of the patients with a sense of compassion, sensitivity and responsibility. Behind the huge success of the organization on the cancer disease is concerned, she is the prominent figure who has played the key role in the achievement of unprecedented results on cancer patients.
Manisha Sharma is also the Chief Executive Officer at National Institute of Electro Homeopathy, Indore, where recently she successfully organized Electro Homeopathy National Seminar 2021.

Dr. Monika Hardia is the Consultant Physician/Doctor in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Devi Ahilya Hospital and Research Centre, Indore. She has done MBBS from Lady Hardinge Medical College, Delhi.
Previously, she has also served in National Capital’s Best Hospitals like Lady Hardinge Medical College Delhi, RBTB Hospital, Delhi and Hindu Rao Hospital, Delhi. Dr. Monika is passionate & dedicated for her services towards wellbeing of the cancer patients.
